The Wake Pro 230 is the flagship of our fleet. 230 HP, Sea-Doo’s Ergolock seating, the wide ST3 hull Sea-Doo builds for rough water, and onboard audio so a playlist rides with you. For experienced riders who want the fastest, most capable ride we rent, and who plan their day around pulling friends, charging open water, or both.
Lake Powell days earn this machine. (After a Powell trip, the machines come back inspected and professionally decontaminated, with the paperwork for each machine; the Lake Powell page has the details.) So do big-water days on Bear Lake, where the Wake Pro’s longer wheelbase and heavier hull ride more comfortably in wind chop than smaller machines. Still three-rider capacity, still the same ski pylon and board rack as the Wake 170.
It’s a good fit for a group that wants to take turns being towed. Ski Mode lets the driver set how hard it pulls a rider up and cap the top speed, and the big swim platform and boarding ladder make climbing back on easy between runs. A wakeboard comes with it if you ask. If it’s your first time driving a jet ski, the GTX PRO 130 will suit you better: it’s the one we put first-timers on, and it costs less a day.
Renting the Wake Pro 230
- Price: $325 for one day or $650 for two days, before taxes and fees. A full day is up to 12 hours, 8 AM to 8 PM. Multi-day discounts start on rentals of 3 or more days.
- Damage hold: a refundable $500 hold per machine goes on your card on the day of pickup and is released within 3 to 7 business days after the machine comes back in its original condition.
- Included: two U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets (we stock sizes from small child and youth to adult XXL; extras are $10 a day) and, for pickup rentals, our trailer at no extra charge. It goes out empty and comes back empty on fuel; gas cans are available on request. If you refuel from one, pull the machine out of the water and away from the ramp first, and follow the marina’s own rules.
- Pickup or delivery: pick it up at 901 S. 1800 W in Woods Cross, or we deliver to Bear Lake, Pineview Reservoir, Willard Bay, Jordanelle Reservoir, Utah Lake and Deer Creek, and to other lakes with our approval (no delivery to Lake Powell). The delivery fee is per trip and depends on the location; call (801) 923-8185 for a quote. While a lake’s ramps are closed, we still deliver, just to a different lake, and if a machine can’t be launched where you planned, we’ll let you know.
- What you need: you must be 18 or older to rent, and every driver must be 18 or older too. Bring a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance. For pickup, your vehicle needs a 2-inch hitch and a flat 4-prong light hookup.
Towing anyone? Utah requires an observer on board besides the driver, at least 8 years old, and an orange flag displayed when a tow is finished or about to begin. Ask us about a flag before pickup.

Wake Pro 230 FAQ
Is the Wake Pro 230 right for a first-time rider?
It's built for experienced riders: at 230 HP, it's the fastest, most capable machine we rent. If it's your first time driving a jet ski, the GTX PRO 130 will suit you better. It's the one we put first-timers on, and it costs less a day.
Can I take the Wake Pro 230 to Lake Powell?
Yes. Powell is a tow-it-yourself trip (we don't deliver to Lake Powell). If you take our machines there, you bring them back inspected and professionally decontaminated, with the inspection and decontamination paperwork for each machine. Our Lake Powell page explains how to get it done.
What comes with the Wake Pro 230?
Two U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets, a wakeboard with a tow rope on request, and for pickup rentals, our trailer at no extra charge (your vehicle needs a 2-inch hitch and a flat 4-prong light hookup). It goes out with an empty tank and comes back empty, and gas cans are available on request; if you refuel from one, pull the machine out of the water and away from the ramp first, and follow the marina's own rules. Add-ons: extra life jackets ($10 a day) and a tube package with rope ($30 a day). We place a refundable $500 damage hold on your card on the day of pickup, released within 3 to 7 business days after the machine comes back in its original condition.
